Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI)
This award shows the Company’s commitment to sustainable business development for LIT. The Company does not focus on net profit but also taking into all stakeholders. And in the process of working the Company attaches importance to Social, Environment and Governance (ESG).
“Excellent” Corporate Governance Rating
Certified by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), a leading organization dedicated to promoting corporate governance in Thailand. The IOD is a non-profit, membership organization, that was established with the support from various Thailand capital markets, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, The Stock Exchange of Thailand, and The Bank of Thailand, as well as international organizations such as the World Bank. The IOD has established best practice guidelines for company directors to perform their duties effectively up to international standards. Companies are classified into five groups according to their corporate governance scores in the CGR publication, with “Excellent” being the highest (scores ranging from 90-100). Lease IT is one out of 142 public companies to receive an “Excellent” rating.

“BEST BUSINESS ALLIANCE OF THE YEAR AWARD”
By The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce together with Business+ Magazine. Along with the Thailand Top Company Awards that are presented, there are special awards given to companies that must be nominated. Lease IT was one of 12 companies to qualify for a special.
“Outstanding Investor Relations Awards” and “Best Investor Relations Awards”
Among listed companies in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai), organized by SET—The Stock Exchange of Thailand. Lease IT received the “Best Investor Relations Awards” in SET Awards 2017 and received the “Outstanding Investor Relations Awards” in both SET Awards 2017 and 2018.
Official Certification: Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)
Lease IT Public Company Limited officially received certification as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) on December 31, 2025.
